I contacted the BBB. of Oakland, CA. & they tried to help but the company will not send my order. It's just 8 pieces of paper that she has to put in an envelope. I've resigned myself to the fact that she has stolen my money but I hope to keep other people from getting ripped off. Thank you for letting me vent.
