Complaint of Authorised Delaer and Service Centre

Sir/Madam,

I’m a regular customer of your world class products. I have my computer monitor ‘Samsung’, I’ve my mobile phone ‘Samsung’, I have my T.V. model of ‘Samsung’ and recently I’ve purchased a freeze of ‘Samsung’. But, Sir, I’ve been seriously neglected by your Authorised dealer and authorized Service Centre. I have pusrchased a Samsung Biofresh freeze model 290 lit. S.N. 1277 from Kedia Traders(Bill no. 22241, Dated 23/12/2003),a Authorised dealer of your product at Amravati District in Maharashtra State (India).

After only Seven days (7days) of installation the inner light of the freeze got fused and then I have been continuously put up my complaint for replacement of the fused bulb for a long time. But even after regular complaints, no one means your authorized dealer M/s Kedia Traders and your authorized service center at Amravati at Nawathe Plot , not taken it seriously and yet not replaced the fused bulb of my Samsung Biofresh Freeze model 290 lit.

So its my serious complaint against your “Bogus” Authorised Dealer at Amravati and your Service Centre at Amravati , and I’m hopeful that the proper instant and immediate action will be taken against them for their misbehave na d mental torturing of customers, if really the company is world class and want to keep this impression so. I strongly believe that any world class company always keep attention towards their customer’s problems and complaints to keep the customers satisfied.
