RE: Sears Master Card - charged late fee when told not to pay bill until replacement card received no sears gold master card po box 182156 columbus OH I receive my bill from sears 5/6/04 and went to sears store to pay my bill, but when i receive 06/04/04 bill there was a Late fee of $35. When i called sear i was told that the due date was 5/5/04 and my payment was received on the 7th of may , therefore they will not refund my $35 even though the mail came late. sears department stores p o box 182156 columbus OH 43218 1 800 669-8488 thank you so much please help me I do not mine paying for any item I buy but do not want to pay for items I did not buy
