Hmm...we never did get a response. It is now 30 years later and my mother is 82 years old. I just found this letter today and after having a good laugh, have decided to give them just one more chance to make good on their word - will keep you posted. Also, #1-16 below did occur...and to think we look back at the past with nostalgia.
