This is the 5th attempt our company has made to contact you about your complaint with Gardeners Choice products. During the extremely busy Spring season the phones are constantly busy. No matter how many operators we add, we seem to exceed capacity during the season. It is VERY EASY to get through without a busy signal in the OFF SEASON, like now.

We also list our mailing address and do not have a record of receiving a letter or evidence of your order being returned, or we would have gladly responded to you.

Please send me your full name and address so I can have the owners of GardenersChoice look up your order and send you a refund.

ordered 6 empress paulownia trees from gardeners choice. they were so tiny and frail that, regardless of my exquisite care, they died.

have been trying for two weeks to call them at the # listed in their ad. have reached a busy signal each time. have also tried to contact them at www.gardenerschoice.net and have not been able to find that web address.

they have a guarantee in their ads that states you can get a refund or replacement. can't get through to them to request either one.
