My experience was pretty much identical to this complaint: http://www.complaints.com/directory/2004/january/19/8.htm Booked a flight through Travelocity.com 5 months in advance. The plane was empty and I could have any seat I wanted. Noticed 2 days after booking I was one day off on the return flight. Called to switch, and this cost me more than the ticket itself. No way out of it. Support has been utterly comical. My only solace is that Travelocity is moving their Virginia call center jobs to India. Such incompetence doesn't merit employment. Mark Mark H
