Cancelled service with them by phone in September 2003 per an email I received from their billing departments. Was billed in May 2004 and they deny ever having a) received any emails from me despite the archive of the email I have shows a history of at least 2 contacts, b) talked to me on the phone (they claim the person I spoke to isn't there anymore which somehow invalidates my claims) or 3) I ever cancelled hosting in September. All this over a $12 charge. I have escalated the issue to my Visa provider and will send them the email I have from this company showing they are lying. The main reason I cancelled in the first place was the unexplained downtimes for the website (sometimes 24+ hours without resolution) and no explanations from them. The customer service rep (there seems to be only one) is a joke - constantly hangs up on me when I demand to speak to his manager. This company is best avoided by everyone. Dan J
