t-shirt from D.T.DISTRIBUTORS (POLICE SUPPLY ONLINE POLICE EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS
I would like Yahoo and all it's customers to know that D.T.DISTRIBUTORS ONLINE POLICE EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS merchant is very unprofessional and did not service my needs after ordering online. I was told that my t-shirt was sent, when it wasn't. I was not able to have the product for my brothers Birthday.
I made several attempts to find out what the problem was and was told that my credit card would be refunded and that I was to recieve the t-shirt free when it comes. It never came. I sent DTDISTRIBUTORS an e-mail stating that I never recieved the shirt and this is the response that I recieved from DTDISTRIBUTORS: Casey, You know I don't know you or what type of person you are. I am going to go out on a limb here and sum it up with one word- Troublemaker. Here is the reason I say that. You place an order on our website on a Friday night April the 9th. We close at 5pm Friday and do not reopen the store until Monday morning April the 12th. Your order is processed the 9th, and shipped out on the 12th. Then I on April 22nd, I get email from you being hostile about it has been 2 wks... "crying"....... I check into your email and find that we shipped out and did the order correctly. You continued to be rude, and even gave us a horrible rating because we did our job....... Therefore, on April 23rd, I credit your card back and tell you I am sending you a FREE shirt. I did just that I credited your card back $23.34 it was charged in the beginning. I have done everything I can do to try to satisfy you. Here comes your true nature of being a troublemaker. Now here we are May 12th and you are emailing me starting it again. I have explained myself in enough detail and below you will find a copy of the credit card transaction.
I am not playing stupid games with you anymore. I have a business to run and do not have time for people like you. YOU wanted me to go off so there you have it. YOU got everything I told you I would give you..... the shirt and your money back. Thanks, Kreshia DT Distributors Now isn't this professional ? I never recieved the t-shirt and it has been 1 month. You can see that DTDISTRIBUTORS tells me in the letter that it has been sent out. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. Casey S

This simply was s special item ordered that is not cancellable. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 21-Jan-09 10:58:19 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI ordered merchandise about 2 weeks ago and was charged immediately. I wasn't sent any confirmation from the company that the order was being processed or sent by 4 days so I started sending them emails requesting info. When I found a few sites complaining about the fraudulent practices of this company I emailed them that I wanted to cancel my order. They didn't respond until I contacted the FBI internet fraud division. I don't know how these people get away with this but it is unreal. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 21-Apr-08 19:32:08 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI too have had major issues with this company. I ordered a tac vest, and when it arrived it was the wrong size. I attempted to contact the company several times via phone and email, with never a response from them. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card, and guess what, they finally responded to me. After dealing with this company for 8 months, they finally sent me a return lable to send the vest back. Of course, they shorted me on that too. Never, never, never do business with this company. The best part is that they "threatened" to have me charged with theft!!! What a joke!! Here are the emails sent between myself and the company. They only agreed to send me a postage paid lable after my credit card company advised that it was DT Distributors responsibility to do so: First of all, if you want to report me for theft, I will help you out. The name of my supervisor is Sgt. XXXX, and you can conveniently contact him at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Secondly, you obviously do not know what theft is, so let me give you a quick education. Theft is intended to permanently deprive you of the use or benefit of a thing of value. Have I permanently deprived you of the vest??? Absolutely not!!! I have been waiting patiently since your first email of 01/03/08 stating that you would be sending me a return label for the vest. You sent another email on 01/18/08 which was a copy of your first. And again, I continued to wait for the label so I could send the vest back to you. Now you send me another email threatening to "report me for theft?" This would be considered a civil issue, and not a theft issue. If I really wanted to push the issue, I would make you sue me for the vest, which would cost you more than the vest itself. I could also charge you a storage fee, for keeping your item in new condition, which I have every right to do under the consumer protection laws. I am not that kind of person and only want to do what is honorable and right. This situation goes back to when I first placed the order with you on 06/18/07, and due to YOUR LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS TO AN INCORRECT ORDER, I had to call my credit card company, which found me to be in the RIGHT and closed out the case giving me a credit back on my credit card. I have been holding onto this vest for 7 months, which is still new, waiting for YOU once again. I have a complete file on this matter, to include all the correspondence with Chase Bank. Still want to report me for theft???? Since it is across state lines, you might want to call the FBI. Patiently waiting for the return label. Just as my subject line states... This is my last email to you then I will contact the XXXX PD to make a report of theft against you. You ordered product, we shipped. You state the product is not the right size. I am willing to send you a pre-paid postage label to have the product sent back. You keep the money from the chargeback and this is settled. You lose no money. You are not going to keep the funds and my Tactical Vest both. If you do not respond by Monday, Feb. 11 2008. I will contact the Police Department. Thank you for your business! I will send a label to have the vest picked up. Will you put it in the mail to send back to me? Please advise. Thanks, Merry Christmas!
Kreshia Thompson http://www.policesupplyonline.com Wait a minute......let me get this straight. 1) You or your company messes up my order. 2) I spend countless hours over a 3 month period attempting to make contact with you regarding the mess up with absolutely no response from you or anyone at your company. 3) I have held on to merchandise that I have not the slightest need for due to it being the wrong size, awaiting a response from you. 4) I made phone calls to your company which went unanswered. 5) Only after I dispute the charge with the credit card company, do you decide to answer my email. 6) And now you want ME to PAY for the shipping back to you????? Give me a break!! Is this the true type of customer service that your company really has??? I would like for you to check with a supervisor regarding this entire fiasco, and make sure that this is really the true customer service you wish to provide to a customer. Let me quote what your web site says; "Police Supply Online is now devoted more then ever to your Customer Service Needs. Email below for a quick response." Interesting.......I NEVER received this kind of customer service. I also searched your website regarding your return policy. The only thing that I found was "All returns must have a pre authorization number, in order for your to receive a credit." How am I supposed to get a return authorization number if you won't return my emails or phone calls? Also, I never found a return policy on your website, nor did I ever receive a return policy during the ordering process. All I can say, is that I am extremely shocked by your response that I have to pay for the shipping back to you......that just adds insult to injury. Please advise me on what your companies final decision is regarding this matter. I am sorry but you will have to send it to us. It just surprises me that it took all of this with the credit card company to make it happen. If you would send me a postage paid UPS label via this email address, I will get the vest back to you as soon as possible. I feel that this is the best way to handle the return of the vest due to the unanswered emails that I sent to you, along with the unanswered calls and then the charge dispute with the credit card company. This whole ordeal has cost me a lot of my own valuable personal time and I would be glad to be done with it. In a message dated 9/27/2007 4:48:10 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time, tac_girls_store AT hotmail.com writes: I apologize for the trouble with the sizing on this vest. I requested it to be the husky size. I found out now that the size has been discontinued. You can send it back to me for a refund. If you need something like this still you may want to try a different style, some of the others still run in Husky. Please let me know what you would like to do. For your information, I had sent 4 emails to this very email address and made 2 phone calls to the phone number listed on your website and left messages both times. On one of the emails sent to your company, I listed EVERY available email address that I found on your website, hoping for a response. I never received any replies from you or anyone I sent an email to. I had no other choice than to dispute the charges on my credit card in hopes that you would finally contact me regarding my order. As indicated in the below emails that were sent to you in previous months, I ordered a Blackhawk Omega Tac Vest in Husky Size. I was charged an extra $12.00 for the Husky size, and yet I was sent the regular size vest. The model number listed on the tag of the vest is 30VT03BK, and yet I know that the correct model number for the vest should have been 30VT03BK-H (H for Husky). On the invoice you sent to the credit card company, you wrote "show this order to be delivered as he ordered!" This is incorrect, as the invoice indicated "Husky" and yet I was sent the regular size vest. Please advise me on how you want to handle this dispute. As far as I am concerned, I have made all necessary contacts in order to handle this situation. If you do not have the Husky size, I would be more than happy to send the incorrect order back to you at your expense. Below are the previous emails sent to you without a response: Subject: Order dtdistributors-14275 Date: 06/22/2007 To: tac_girls_store AT hotmail.com
I was just checking on the status of my order listed above. Thank You Subject: Order #dtdistributors-14275 Date: 06/27/2007 To: tac_girls_store AT hotmail.com
This is the second email that I have sent in regard to my order. I am wanting to get the status of the item that I have ordered. Thank You, Subject: Order - dtdistributors 14275 Date: 07/11/2007 To: tac_girls_store AT hotmail.com
I sent two emails requesting the status of my order on 06/22/07 and again on 0627/07. I never received a response as to when my order would be received. On 07/09/07, I received an email confirmation that my order had been processed and was on the way. I received my order today, and have determined that it is the incorrect item. I ordered a "husky" tac vest, was charged extra for it, then received the regular size vest. So far, I have to say that I am very unhappy with the results and lack of communication regarding my order with your company, and would like to know what needs to be done to correct my order. I called and left a voice mail requesting a call back. Please contact me at

The order that was shipped is the incorrect size, even though I was charged extra for the husky size. This will make the 4th email and 2nd voice mail that has gone unanswered by your company in approximately 4 weeks time. I was overcharged on my credit card by you, even though I had an invoice showing a lower amount. At this time, due to your lack of responsiveness regarding my order, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card with my credit card company. If you would like to have the incorrect order returned, then it will be YOUR responsibility to contact me and give me instructions on how to return it to you.
