I have never had a mortgage in my life yet Citi Financial has an account listed and noted past due with the three major credit bureaus.

I am currently trying to buy my first piece of property and this is severly hurting my credit score. I have tried contacting them and no one seems to know anything about this.

They continue to give me the run-around, put me on hold for long periods of time, and ask me the same questions over and over. I can't figure out why they have reported information to the credit bureaus yet cant't find any thing under my name when they "look".

They really give other companies a bad name by doing this to people and in the future I will be sure never to use this company for a loan.

MY MORTGAGE WAS BOUGHT OUT MY CITI, WHEN THEY FIRST BOUGHT THE MORTGAGE RIGHT AWAY MY INSTERST WENT UP, I WAS ALREADY BEHIND AT THAT POINT AND HAD TO GO TO A VERY LEGNHTLY PHONE CALL REGARDING BILL,FOOD,WHAT i PAY ON rx'S dR'S BILL AND WHAT WE BROUGHT IN FOR INCOME. THEY STATED I COULD REPAY 3328.00 PER MONTH FOR 18 MONTHS. MIND YOU THAT MY ORIGINAL PYMNT WAS 1376.00 WHEN QUESTIONED WHY SO MUCH THEY GAVE ME NO RYM OR REASON BUT THAT IF I DID NOT ACCEPT THIS TERM THEY WOULD FORECLOSURE ON THE HOME. WE MADE THESE PAYMENTS FOR 4 MONTHS THEN WE GOT TOSSED OFF TO ANOTHER COLLECION AGENT FROM THE COMPNAY.SHE IS TRYING TO DO A REWRITE BUT THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR 3 MONTHS, AND I GUESS WHILE WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF HOPEFULLY GETTING A REWRITE THEY SENT US BACK OUR DECEMBER PAYMENT AND AGAIN YESTERDAY TOLD US NOT TO SEND IN jANUARY'S AS WELL. BUT AT NO TIME WILL THEY TELL YOU HOW THINGS ARE LOOKING..THEY JUST SAY OH SORRY THAT WOULD NOT BE MY PLACE TO SAY. IT'S CRAZY EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO GET ANSWER THEY SAY OH SORRY YOU CAN ONLY TALK TO YOUR COLLECTION REP. BUT SHE DONT TAKE CALLS SO WE WILL EMAIL HER..WHEN SHE FINALLY CALLS US..ALL SHE SAYS OH HAVE NOT STARTED IT YET OR JUST STARTING IT NOW. BUT I CANT TELL YOU HOW THINKS ARE GOING BECAUSE i DONT MAKE THAT CALL. THESE PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS..IT'S NOT THEIR HOME, DURING THIS WHOLE CRISIS WITH CITI I HAVE BEEN PLACED INTO THE HOSPITAL TWO TIMES FOR NERVOUS BREAKDOWS. AND THEY JUST DONT CARE.
