I have attempted several times to contact Texaco regarding unauthorized charges on our account. I have faxed, sent letters by FedEx, called on numerous occasions and not once have I had a response.

 

Our business spends on average $3000.00 a month on fuel with Texaco, this is obviously not enough to warrant a return call.

 

I called them today to close our account, the person I spoke to asked why? After briefly explaining what happened she said " Ok the account is now closed" !!

 

I would complain about the customer service, but there isn't any !
