Cancelled Accounts
I bought my computer at Best Buy on Dec. 16 2003 and paid for a Juno account at that time.
On Dec 18 2003 I called Juno and talked with a person named Jim and cancelled my account. The reference # for the cancellation is 14045731. I was not aware of the other accounts and I don't know who opened them.
My credit card has been debited each month since Jan.2004 for $34.85. Jim did not inform me that there were other accounts in my name. I have never used Juno as a internet provider. Yesterday I called Juno again and talked with antonette and cancelled all remaining accounts.
The cancellations # are 16545110. 16545129 and 16545146. She said she could only refund my money for April. There is not any software in my computer. Why should I pay for a service that I have never used. The amount I have paid since January 2004 is $139.40. I will receive a refund of $34.85 for April. Juno is being paid for a service that was not earned.
I should get the balance of $104.55 that was charged to my credit card.
