Equifax and lending tree.com - I contacted Equifax and relayed to them that promotional items are not supposed to be credit score reduction actions but they have basicly ignored this complaint

After replying to a email from lending tree .com, I applied to refinance an auto loan. Lending tree must shopped it out to every loan company in the nation. They caused my beacon credit score to drop over 60 pts.

I have contacted them and received no response. I contacted Equifax and relayed to them that promotional items are not supposed to be credit score reduction actions but they have basicly ignored this complaint.

Presently, I am seeking other individuals that have had this problem and if enough support is present, will seek a legal resolve to this matter. I believe FTC guidelines are being breeched and no one seems to want to take action.

I`m assuming credit reporting agencies think they are "untouchable" . If Class actions damages are availiable, We will seek legal representation to obtain them.
