I moved to florida in sept 2003, the lawn on my property had 2 dead spots about 10 and 15 feet in diameter.

A man walking by stopped and started telling me that i had chinch bugs and dropped the name of tropicare to fix it .

So I called tropicare and a man came over and told me I had chinch bugs and that I needed to kill the whole lawn and plug it.

I signed a contract and many hundreds of dollars and 8 months later my lawn is a big weed garden they have been treating it for the past 8 months and it still looks terrible

I have called them on 4 occasions and the first time someone came out but the last three times i was told i would recieve a call from the manager. never happened !!

on the last occasion I told the man named (Al I believe ) that I was getting very frustrated and that I may call a lawyer and sue them, His reply was "why don't you do that"

I think I was scammed Oh well stupid me.
