Going on to two (2) weeks ago I contacted MSN support about not being able to sing on line. The Young Lady I talked to had me remove my MSN nine (9) from the computer as well as my messenger 6.1 I thought this a little odd, but their supposed to be the experts.
I did as directed and when We tried to get it loaded back it came up there was not enough room. The support Tech. told me I was going to have to contact Compaq the manufacture of my computer. I asked the young lady why if I had room before she had me remove MSN 9 and Messenger 6.1 why didn't I have room now? She informed me I had to contact Compaq. I did and was told it was an MSN problem.
I then talked to a young man who informed me it was not an MSN problem and to contact Qwest my dial up connector. I did this and was told that it was not there problem it was MSN.
The young man at Qwest connected me with MSN and the young man I talked to had me install MSN 8 because I had a disk for that. I had downloaded MSN on line. We installed MSN 8 and I was informed MSN would send me a NEW MSN 9 DISK. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AS OF THIS DATE!!! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEND THE DISK AND WHY OR DOESN'T MSN CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS??
I don't know what's going on there, but I think it's pretty poor service to have to wait over 2 weeks to get a disk for MSN 9 which I should not have had to remove from MY computer in the first place and I should not have had to call 2 other Companies and then call back to MSN 4 Times!!!!!
This is ridiculous and should have not happened in the first place!!!!!
