this chair was deleverd 05 02 04 today at about 1600 hrs the left arm fell down,i think i have found the trounle but i csan not fix i do not hane the correct use of my hands and arms i unziped the plastic cover on thwe arm and found a found what apears tp be a lobg screwdriver nut sticking out of the tober ,

t think that would be what allows the adjust knob arm to lock the arm in place might be wrong but would sure be helpfull if some one could pix it as i said my arms feet,legs ect are now gone and that is why i in thios thing

$6,242.18 is a lot to brake within 1 week
