Date: started back in 9-15-2003 ( Citi is still billing me for FRAUDULENT charges on my card )

Dealing with Citibank if you have a fraudulent charge is absolute HELL! I do not see a way to resolve this without going to court. They won't look into the situation themselves. I do all the legwork and they still say they cannot help. I warn you all, do not open a CITIBANK card!

Pass on the info and pass when asked to open an account with Citibank. They SUCK! Ariel G
