We were married April 26, 2003 by this company and were very disappointed with how unprofessional they were. First of all, my husband' s tux they ordered didn't fit him. And then it was reordered and didn't come in! Then on my wedding day, the hair and makeup specialist didn't show when she was supposed to.......she was more than an hour and a half late, and I had to call her to see where she was!

My sister-in-law ended up doing my hair and make-up. When I got to my wedding ( a half hour late because of her), I noticed that the flowers were not the ones I had ordered back in October of 2002. By this time I was just happy that the flowers were there.

During our wedding ceremony, My husband's rental car was broken into and his suitcase was stolen, including his wallet and keys. We came to find out that this happens all the time and no one from the company even warned us about it, and no one stayed in the parking lot to watch the cars. His sister was calling to cancel credit cards as we cut the cake.

We then had to wait for the police to show up, which caused a huge time crunch to get to the other side of the island for the sunset photos.

When asked about what happened to the make-up specialist, the Reverend (her mom) did not apologize for this huge screw up, but instead tried to make up excuses for her daughter, saying that she always does make-up at 1pm, not 12pm. Keep in mind that we confirmed the 12pm time with them at least three time before the big day.

When this didn't work they tried to say that she is going through a divorce and wanted us to feel sorry for her. It is always tough going through a divorce but if it is interfering with your work, that person needs to be up front and honest with her clients in any industry, and especially if you are in the wedding planning industry and this is going to be the biggest day in our lives to this point!
