[Fwd: Subaru Outback LL BEAN 2001]

Logan, Utah 84321 My 2001 SUBARU OUTBACK LL BEAN EDITION, have been having brake problem especially for being park for a long time or overnight parking in the garage in whatever weather condition, this have been noticed to

happen since early spring of 2003, and have been brought back to the dealership for warranty repair for the fourth time this March 2004 and still have the same problem after the car was delivered back to me.

The Service Mgr have been insistant to tell me that he could not duplicate the brake problem and therefore I do not have a brake problem and that they are blaming the floor mat being doubled which was the cause of

loosing my brake, I told him, assuming that this was true (the floor mat was being the cause) then I should not have been able to drive the car to the dealership because I will have no brake all the time since I the

floor mat is and was there all the time.

Then the 2nd problem is the vibration, again according to the Service Mgr. the ply on my tire (three of them ) are separating and that he brought the car to a tire place close to the dealership for a second opinion and that his findings was confirmed.

He then advised me that I should take my car to the Firestone Dealership and have the tires replaced and that I may have to pay a prorated price. Reluctantly I followed his advise and went to the closest dealership in our town. The Firestone Tire Tech checked my tire to see if there is really tire separation which He did not find. He then told me that he would balance first all tires and let me observed it by driving it for a while. After the balancing the vibration were all totally gone.

This just shows you how competent the findings of the Subaru Service is and not only that, they would not replace the center hub cap which they lost when my car was being check and evaluated for almost two weeks. HELP ME PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO ? THE DEALERSHIP BEING COMPLAINED UPON:
