I bought the car at Hagerstown Honda..

I have had problems since day 1 and have not gotten anywhere..

My 2002 Honda Civic EX 2 door automatic has been the worst car ever!

I will never buy a Honda again..

When the dealership drove the car on 2 occasions I have had 100 + miles put onto my car..

I have had the car in over 12 times and Honda Corporation & Dealership are not any help (they do not care, they dont drive the car everyday and put there kids in jeopardy) Car is unsafe and unreliable..

Problems with car:

1. 2 steering racks replaced and still having ton's of problems stiff and hard to steer

2. engine malfunction lamp computer replaced

3. car will not start sometimes in hot & cold weather

4. air condition not working

5. heat shield they said needs replaced again and will not cover it under warranty

6. Grinding noise coming from car loud noise..

7. burning smell and transmission does not shift properly and it's an automatic..

8. Paint on car flaking of & peeling car

I'm really upset that consumer's get screwed over, what good is a warranty if they will not fix anything? I'm supposed to have a 100,000 full coverage warranty...

What Can I Do?

I have tried another dealership and results are the same I'm meeting with a Honda rep.. which really seems not to care..

Car is going in again Thursday april, 2004
