On Saturday, March 27, 2004 my husband and I eat at your resturant. We were waited on by the above mentioned person. She was rude, irrogant, and totally made a scene about my order. I am a resident of Brunswick for (35 years) and we eat at this ihop at least two - three times a month.

I have never been treated with such treatment from anyone. She refused to let me explain about the way I wanted my meal and became outraged. Yelled at me and told me to leave the resturant. I did not, and my breakfast was the worse that I have ever eaten there. French toast was burnt. No confectionary sugar on it, and no sour cream with my country omelet.

This person is not a true representative of the image I have of ihop. I do not think you would want someone of this nature working at your resturant. I am sure that I am not the only customer this woman has treated like that.

It didn't stop there. She refused to bring us additional coffee and we waited for ten minutes for her to take our money. She continued to ignore us.

Oh, by the way we were one of three customers in the entire resturant.
