I do not wish to receive replacement toothbrushes. These replacements are free but I'm being charged $4.95 in shipping/handling. When dialing 1-800-770-7525, the answering machine says that the business hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday but yet when I called at 8:30 a.m., the recordings states that the office is now closed.
It even has the nerve to say what the business hours are and they let the message "office is closed" play. What kind of deceit are you trying to pull. It appears that many people were interested in your product and agreed to purchase it but you still felt the need to deceive with this bogus telephone number and website.
I promise you it won't stop here.
