i am nancy and in 2003 i got notice of a tax sale of my home so i asked conseco for help to pay these they said sure no problem we do it all the time so they asked me to catch up my payment over the phone so i did i was assured all would be fine

then a month later i recieved notice my home was indeed sold at auction ,conseco lied to me i believe just to get thier payment ,when i called to see what happened someone else said they see my paper work it just never got filed at thier company in the right dept.

so then they said they would purchase my home back from tax buyer then three months later conseco said sorry she wants to make a profit and we cannot do that so sorry for your loss,to me THAT IS NOTACCEPTABLE!!!!!

what kind of business works that way,i thought the customer was number one!!! now i have to go to court today because the women who bought my home wants me and my children out she wants a quiet title .i have no proof except names and dates and numbers and my own paper work cause they refused to send me anythingin writing !!! what can i do?
