this complaint is against apple tours. My fiance and i returned from acapulco on march 15, 2004. When there we stayed at the Hyatt Regency. We checked in march 10, 2004. march 12th the strike had begun and we had to go to the fairmont princess.
We lost a whole day of our vacation. We feel we should be compensated for that day. We have been using apple for the past 15 years, we've gone to disney, St. Lucia, and we were planning to go to punta cana in the fall. Karl H at Carlson wagonlit travel books our trips. thankyou
