PURCHASED A PHONE FROM PLATINUM WIRELESS FOR MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER, I HAVE CUT OFF SERVICE BEACUSE FIRST THE PHONE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, SECOND PLATINUM WIRELESS NEVER SENT MY DEPOSIT FOR $500.00 TO NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS.

SO I OF COURSE, GOT CHARGED FOR THE MONEY ORDER NOT GETTING THEIR IN TIME, AND SINCE THE MONEY WASN'T THERE, THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE, SO OF COURSE AGAIN, NECTEL CHARGED ME EXTRA RECONNECTION FEES. I GOT SO UPSET WITH PLATINUM AND NEXTEL THAT I DECIDED TO LET THEM KEEP MY MONEY AND GET RID OF THIS PHONE, THUIS WAS IN 2002.

NOW I HAVE THIS COLLECTION AGENCY CALLING ME 2 YEARS LATER, NO NOTIFICATION JUST THIS OBNOXIOUS RESPRESENTATIVE (mr kelly) AND supervisor (MR. MICHAEL THOMAS) SUPERVISOR, CALLING ME A OLD WOMAN AND CURSING USING THE F-WORD.

I wanted to straighten this out, I went to the manager I bought the phone, I did not owe anybody anything, why wait two years later ,explain, why not address the situation , they all got plenty of money and i lost out, A BROKEN PHONE AND NO CONTRACT AGREEMENT AS PROMISED. I want somebody to help, I need to find out how to press charges on these people, they should not be allowed to be in business, or to even talk to people. I have been emotionally hurt and physcially threatened. I HAVE WITNESSES THAT WERE LISTENING TO THESE CONVERSATIONS. WHAT CAN BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. These people are ill and I CAN'T BELIEVE THE State of GEORGIA WOULD ALLOW THIS CONDUCT. PLEASE RESPOND
