Platinum Warranty Corporation, Cleveland, OH 44125 We have a policy with the company for warranty repairs on our auto. The company said they would pay gave the auto repair shop the ok. Claim #15207 Warranty #161151. It has been over 45 working days and still no payment to us.

We had to pay the auto shop of course to get our car. We are talking about around $300 approved dollars! The warranty was around $1,000. We would like to get our check.

Can you help or at least post our complaint so others will know this company will be a problem to deal with? We had one other claim in our 21/2 years (3 yr. warranty) dealing with them which was for $200. or so and they did pay that.

I don't know what the problem is as it was approved before hand and they told the auto company they were approved. The people at Platinum are no real help as they do not have any other person you can talk with! No one has a supervisor! Great job.
