Journal Gazette, Union City, TN - found newspaper in cold water

my complaint has to do with finding the journal gazette in cold water. I drive to Cold water from Union City to get the paper and half of the time they either haven't been delivered (like at 9am) or are sold out already.

What is going on with this paper. for two days I haven't bought your paper because of this problem and even some of the store clerks are wondering what is going on.

Please try to correct this problem as it is city wide. I enjoy reading your paper and when I can find it I don't miss an issue. Thank you for your help on this matter
