3/29/04/ To Whom It May Concern/ We have never gotten our rebate back from Prime TV/ Direct TV/ after installing Direct TV in August, 2003. Numerous phone calls, letters, etc., have gone unanswered. We are fulfilling our contract with Direct TV, but calls to them about Prime TV do not give us any solution to this problem.

 

Direct TV acknowleges problems with Prime TV, but offer no assistance to us in obtaining our promised rebate. Prime TV stated they received all required documentation, but no answer/rebate from them. What do we do? Thank you.
