We placed an order online 3/7/04 for a pond filter, the money ($261.44) was taken from our account on 3/9/04, we have not heard one word from them since.
We have emailed them (several times), faxed a note over, every time we call, we get put into a voice mail system which is full & we can't leave a message. They have a "Live Help" button on the site, no one ever responds.
Finally, on 3/24/04, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & (coincidently) we received an email the very next day saying that the item shipped. They blamed the hold up on the supplier & took no accountability for the horrible customer service. We do not recommend petmarket.com.
