Maxell - 3 months later, still haven't received $ 10 rebate

After 3 months, Maxell has NOT sent me my 10-dollar rebate. I bought a pack of Maxell batteries 12-30-03, sent in the rebate. (10 dollars) the form said to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of the check. It is way past that. I called and asked about my rebate and was told it was

received and processed, but the check hadn’t been sent out. I was told I would be emailed regarding the status. Here they are.

i called on march 1st.

i got this response march 21, 2004. >>Dear Sean Nevils, Thank you for contacting Maxell. I'm sorry your rebate check has not yet been sent. At this time we do not have a confirmed mail date, but it looks like your check should be sent in the next couple of weeks. Again, thank you for contacting Maxell Technical Support.
