I ordered a 2003 desk planner but NOT a 2004 desk planner from AOL.

I was charged $33.65, not once but TWICE! I called in January/February and the gentleman said that I can keep the planner for a minimal amount which I agreed to. The charges were never taken off my Visa. These charges need to be taken off my account or I will be taking my business to another internet carrier. Thank you and I will be expected a credit on my next Visa bill. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
