Hefty One Zip bags - often does not zip - many times when take a bag out to use, fill it with cookies, etc and when try to Zip it up, it does not ZIP

Lately, your Hefty One Zip bags, DO NOT ZIP. Many times when I take a bag out to use, I fill it with cookies, etc and when I try to Zip it up, it doesnot ZIP. I have asked neighbours and they tell me that they have the same problem. I really do think that you should look into this problem. I dont feel confident in buying themany more. I thought perhaps it was just me, but upon further investigation, I realize it must be a production fault.

I would appreciate a response.
