Was in the shop of over a month in the first 20 months of owning. Tried to negotiate on a trade and was told by the regional sales manager that he could not guarantee I would not have the same problems with a new one. Had 42k into the truck and sold for 22K in less than two years of owning it, with 38k miles. The new owner continued to have break problems and the extended warranty was basically worthless, they do not cover the things they know go wrong. PS:did you know the break warranty is only for 18,000 miles?
