Tower Records

Lists, on the Tower Records web page, Gilbert & Sullivan CDs as "digitally remastered," with NO other information, such as performers, date of recording, etc.

Only when you get the CDs and open them do you discovered that they were recorded in 1927 (i.e., not even LPs) with correspondingly very low fidelity. As you've opened the package, Tower refuses to take it back. Nor will it change it's web page to note the date of the original recording.
