Beware of AOL ... they will suck you into a free trial subscription and then charge your credit card before the trial period ends.

When you call to rectify the situation, they try to appease you with additional free months. I said I wasn't interested in the additional free months, but a credit on my card since I was still in the trial period.

They had the audacity to say they would only credit my account if I mailed in the disk I loaded onto my computer to verify my trial subscription period. They would NOT under any circumstances credit my credit card even though I was still in my trial period! AOL sucks! AOL will NOT be around if they continue to represent "bait and switch" business practices. Do not even attempt to become a subscriber with AOL - nothing but problems.
