Furniture USA, Clemmons, NC - ordered Bassett Furniture from this company - they have been saying they will be shipping soon but that time has not come

Our complaint is about the service from Furniture USA of Clemmons NC. June 6, 2003 we ordered Bassett Furniture from this company and they have been saying they will be shipping soon but that time never comes.

Once Bassett opened their own retail store they slowed the delivery of their furniture to outside vendors. I’ve asked Furniture USA to determine if they can ship at all and if not just to say so.

I’ve received little or no response. I’ve emailed Dean Warren, President and John Dudley, VP only to get a minimal response from one of their customer service people. We are disgusted and frustrated but mostly we get no information. Jan T
