March 15, 2004 Verizon Service I am very dissatisfied with my service from Verizon. My counseling ad was to begin in January, 2004. It did not begin until March, 2004. I was never notified of the delay and only noticed it when I did not get billed. When I called my sales representative I was told he no longer worked for Verizon.
When I called the person who replaced him she never called me back. When I repeatedly called the Claims Dept, to whom I was referred after finally getting a person. I could not get through. The line was always busy or just rang and rang.
After I sent an email I got a response that it was received and someone would get back to me. I have waited more than a month with no contact from Verizon. When I tried to cancel my ad I was told it was not possible but could call the Claims Dept. I have 5 different dates noted when I tried to get this matter settled.
