Beware of Sprint Vacation Plan
Hello, I have been really ripped off by Sprint PCS. I have been Sprint customer for last more than 3 years and have been paying it regularly many times more than regular bill because of extra usage. Recently when I went on vacation out of country for 1 and 1/2 month, I asked them to put my account on hold. And they said they did and fine I am all set - I just have to pay 5.00 bucks. But when I came back, I checked my phone and it was working as it should have been so I used it. But I realized I should call them to find out the status and current bill. And when I called them they said the bill was $193.00 and found out that I was in some Vacation plan.
I had no clue what this Vacation plan meant and they definitely did not tell me this word when I asked to put account on hold. It was only then they told me that on vacation plan, for each minute I used it cost me 1.00 per minute. And I definitely had made several calls. Knowing 193.00 was not too bad, I paid that right then and switched to regular. But then the next bill came and it is 1538.00. And I surely cannot pay this huge bill. They did not tell me what the plan was and switched me to it. This is really not fair. -Piyush Piyush B
