VIP Store, Riverside St., Portland, ME - poor service experience

Riverside St. Portland-Maine-My Husband took my Rodeo to this VIP store on March 28,2004 because I had gotten a flat tire and the AAA driver that changed my tire the nite before had recommended VIP to me to have my tire fixed-well they did a very bad job for when I got home on Sunday nite from work my tire was once again flat-

So while I was at work today the 29th my husband returned to the same store and was treated so badly by all there -he spent 3 hours in the store cause they took there time refixing the tire-at first they didnt want to fix it again gave him a really bad time-when he finally got the paper work for the tire he asked the lady there how long it had been done-she said she didnt know and thru the paper work at him-

This is no way to run a business and I will never I MEAN NEVER Return to that place again-they should be ashamed of the way they treat customers-u say VIP has been in business for 45 yrs-what a joke if u treat people that way-tomorrow Iam takin my Rodeo to the place I always go and have them look at the bad work VIP did on my tire-THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES-
