Hi, I saw a complaint posted on your website about mine i.e 9292dial.com by a person named Gav Di. I would likle to inform you that before posting any complaints against businesses you should consult the management to verify the truth behind the complaint. This person who wrote against us was using

using a stole credit card and we got a chargeback for the first order he placed so we suspended his account. Why do you think we will continue doing business with such a fraud. It is utterly unfair on your part to go ahead and create a negative picture of our company without finding out the truth. I woulld request you to remove this complaint which is totally baseless.Since this is defamation caused by your company to my business, without a genuine reason, I would take an action against your firm, if you don't remove this false complaint right away. The url of your complaint is

Thank you for copying me on Business Reply. 1. The transaction was a Paypal Transaction and all details are recorded. I will gladly pull the details

out for anyone that is interested. The replies from 9292dial.com customer service (mails as below) perilously lacks courtesy and without a

doubt portrays the questionnable nature of 9292dials business response and "customer service". Its my opinion that it will not be unfair to expect an apology and retraction of the gross allegation. I will gladly go any extent should there be a challenge to this post. PIN not delivered from 9292dial.com

Hi, I placed on order with 9292dial.com for a calling card and the payment is made through Paypal. The site claims that the customer service would contact / verify the transaction and this would take 24 hours (for the first transaction). This is my second transaction and per the site claims, I should have received my PIN instantly. I am still waiting!!!! I called the customer service, waited for about 25 minutes and someone answered to say that they cannot do anything and adviced that I should wait to get my PIN. Beware of delays..... or Will I ever get my PIN?????!!!!

Gav
