2 TOASTERS PURCHASED. 1 WAS GIVEN AS GIFT. WARRENTEED FOR 3 YEARS. LASTED LESS THAN 6 MOS.TO GET REPAIRS YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP AND INSURE..[ WHO SAVES THE ORIGINAL BOX ?] TRIED DEALING WITH THEM ON THE WEB.
THIER COMPLAINT DEPT. HAS NO CLUE , JUST AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANT HELP YOU. GAVE UP AND THREW THE DAM THING AWAY.REPLACED BOTH WITH BLACK & DECKER PRODUCT.
WORKS GREAT. WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A CUISINART PRODUCT.NOT BECAUSE OF THE PRODUCT [ANY ONE CAN MAKE A BAD PRODUCT.] IT WAS THE SERVICE DEPT.THAT TURNED ME OFF THIER PRODUCTS.
