AOL "Free Trial Membership" scam

AOL sent me a CD Rom disc was sent by mail stating it was for a free trial membership that says could be canceled at anytime within the trial period at no charge. I installed on 3-28-04 and did not like service so I called to cancel.

I spoke to a total of 3 representatives who all three refused to cancel the service. I was told that I have to keep the service it for the entire trial period and they tried to sell me other services as well. I am working with the Federal Trade Commission to get the service cancelled per the agreement I received in the mail. Lorraine B. W
