Schneider Semi Trucks

On May 13, 2003, I was driving to work in Dallas, TX. It was raining and the roads were slippery.

It was stop and go in the 5 lane traffic and I was behind a Schneider truck in the second lane. After some time, I noticed that the left (middle) lane from me was open and proceeded to pass the truck. I glanced to my right and I noticed that the truck had moved over to the first right lane.

A few minutes later, I hear this "clunk" and my car was pushed to the left. I look

in my mirror and see that this Schneider truck was behind, then he moved to my left side. I slowed down some to try to get his license number. After some time, he

pulled over and I pulled behind him. The damage was all done to MY car.

After he asked if I was hurt, he had the GALL to say I pulled in FRONT of him. Which, if you see the damage to MY car would be impossible. Due to the conditions of the road, wet & slick, to get that kind of "damage" by "cutting in front of him" as he said, my car would have spun and got broadsided.

I have never been in an accident before and the police man did not write out an accident report when I was there. He probably figured that because I have a 14 year old car, it wasn't necessary.

Their insurance company wouldn't deal with me. I have to go through my insurance company and then I have to pay? NO WAY, HE HIT ME! This driver is a DANGER to anyone on the road. I get nightmares and cringe now every time I see one of those ORANGE BEASTS. Thank you, Carol W
