Samsung Refrigerator, India - repairs sent to outsource agencies - unsatisfactory performance

I have purchased a Samsung Refregerator, which is not functional as per the Samsung Standards and family members are facing problem.

Samsung India has given this job to outsource agencies, which have attended complaints 4-5 times but all the times unsatisfactorily performance.

Every time we get the message that someone senior will come and attend this.

Till date I am awaiting that senior.
