Akai TV vide model no.21z1 - from Snehanjali Electronic & Appliances, andheri, Mumbai - 5 days later service call hasn't yet been responded to

Dear sir,

I am Ajit K Nair had purchased a Akai TV vide model no.21z1 on 12/08/02 from your dealer Snehanjali Electronic & Appliances, andheri, Mumbai.

I had registered a complaint with 'Just a Dial '(complaint No.20851) about the totaly dead TV of mine on 23rd March'04 and again reminded on 25th Mar'04.

Also I spoke to some guys at your customer care dept and again recd the message to register the complain. Today being 29th it is very strange that no body is yet attended to my complaint.

Please give some positive response.
