Miami, FL 33102-8516 RE: Non-receipt of rebate Greetings: I am writing because I have not received a mail-in rebate. On Tuesday, December 16, 2003, I purchased a Hitachi 200GB hard drive at Fry’s Electronics in Wilsonville. I bought this particular drive primarily due to the $90 mail-in-rebate that was offered. I completed the rebate submission and dropped it into the mail immediately upon my arrival at home. However, my rebate never arrived.

Three months later, upon checking http://www.rebateshq.com for the status of my rebate, I see no record. Fortunately, I made a copy of my submission and I am using your resubmission address that I found on the same website. Thank you in advance for giving this overdue matter prompt attention.
