Air France - booked ticket Turkey to Paris - Air France refused to give an open ticket pay oney back

As I mentioned in my first mail, I contacted to air france, but they refused to give an open ticket and/or pay my money back, they are close to any kind of solution,

so I decided to write to your organization.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was planning to fly to Paris at 11th of March and return on 14th .I ve bought my ticket from air france just because I think that it has customer service are better than the others. I am invited to ESPCI (an institute in Paris) as a post-doc nominee. The institute would pay all my travel expences. But later I ve accepted some other offer, so we cancelled this trip not to consume ESPCI sources. Immediately after this decision, I ve talked to the company to cancel my ticket, but they didn't. First, no warning information is written on the ticket.

Additionaly, I informed the company 4 days ago. Would you please help me to get my money back or

take another ticket with an open date to be used later. My ticket number is 3643082912. Thanks in advance.
