Columbia House 1400 N. Fruitridge Avenue PO Box 1114 Terre Haute IN 47811-1114 They Keep sending me DVD’s without my consent. I keep sending them back and have asked them not to send any more without me requesting certain ones.

Now I’m in collection for DVD’s that I sent back and do not have in my hands. There is never anyone to pick up the phone lines to talk to or a direct website whom I can write to. What is it that I can do.
