Carnival Cruise Lines
I sailed on the Carnival Fun Ship Jubilee from 10-17 Jan 2004 and was very disappointed. My wife and I have waited 11 years to take our first cruise and decided that this would be a great way to celebrate our long over due honeymoon. Well I have a list of complaints that range from the rude treatment by the staff to the lack of dress code on the formal nights (sweat pants)??
Very poor room service (no silver wear, napkins, condiments, NOTHING!!) Even when we would call to remind them to bring it, still nothing. And to top it all off, the ship was out of control with hundreds of people trashing everything in site, being VERY rude and bragging about the fact that they got a last minute deal and paid little to nothing to ride.
These are the same people that did not tip, wanted all the "freebies" and ran around as if they where at a frat house. (which explains why the staff was so agitated and less then willing to serve) I can honestly say that I will NEVER ride on another Carnival line again! Furthermore, I will see to it that everyone I know doesn't make the same mistake as I did by choosing a Carnival Cruise line.
Sincerely,
Neil R. B
