Barbazon Modeling School, Boston, MA - trying to get partial refund since Nov., 2003

Subject: reimbursement of tuition for Alycia V from Barbazon Modeling School On September 19, 2003 I used my Discover Card to pay the $2,145.00 tuition for Alycia V to attend the Barbazon Modeling School in Boston, Massachusetts. My husband paid the same tuition for our daughter, Melinda W, to attend as well.

After three classes both girls decided it wasn't for them and resigned. Both my husband and I requested reimbursement of this tuition as the girls did not complete the course. According to our contract, we would be eligible for $997.50 for each girl.

We have been reimbursed $997.50 for our daughter, Melinda W, but not for Alycia V. I have since closed my Discover Card account so the school would have to send this tuition reimbursement to me by check. I have been trying to get this matter settled since November, 2003 to no avail.

Any assistance you can give us will be greatly appreciated.
