May be a great day spa, but their on-line purchasing and customer service policies leave a lot to be desired.

I supposed I will have to chalk it up to a lesson learned, but when purchasing products, their site indicates that "unused" products may be returned. What they really mean is that they accept no returns at all. I returned products I had purchased for my daughter, who simply changed her mind.

I was accused of not only havin used the products, but having opened them. The owner (?) Anthony, indicated that he thought the products had been opened. Even if they had so what. Your sight says unused products may be returned.

Take a lesson from other sights that explicity say unwrapped, unopened products may be returned if that's what you mean!
